In 2019, Petra International began a new church planting work in Colombia. The church plants are in Bogota, the capitol of Colombia, with a population of 11 million, and Villavicencio, with a population of half a million. Pastor Leo Gutierrez is leading evangelism, training, and new church planting efforts as the director of Petra Colombia, with the help of Pastor Richard. They have also been reaching out in a new town, Yopal, where an additional church will be planted!
